Dr. Pikos saved my life. Terrified of dentists, missing and loose teeth, I was in terrible shape when I finally found the courage to see a dentist. His calm demeanor and amazing staff made it more comfortable and pleasant than I could have ever imagined. He removed all of my remaining lower teeth, and surgically placed all of my implants in one visit, only local injections (no sedation) and I never felt a thing. He was so patient and kind, and his staff were all truly fantastic. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful treatment that I received, and now I have beautiful new teeth and am not afraid to eat in public. Absolutely life changing!

I would heartily recommend Dr. Anthony M. Pikos and his staff at Coastal Jaw Surgery. The entire staff is courteous and very professional. If you are in need of periodontal work, this office is great.

H A a year ago

I had an appointment with Dr. Anthony Pikos this past Monday. I started out at the wrong office and was running late. Upon my arrival at the correct office, I was greeted with a smile and we laughed about my error. Not what I was expecting from the front of the house. Awesome people up there! I have had oral surgery before at another physician's office. I'll just leave it there. Dr Pikos' staff is so nice and comforting that I felt at ease during this procedure (extraction and bone graft). Great chemistry between the staff. Can't say this enought!. It's not fun getting needles in the mouth and a molar removed along with getting stitches. But, this crew kept me at ease. What I didn't expect from the office were the follow up calls at home later this evening and the next day checking on my status. I have never received a call from any doctor for any follow up in my life until this procedure. Dr Pikos called me later the evening of the procedure to check on me and the pain level as well as offering some advice. The next day I received another call from one of the staff to see how I was doing. You guys are AWESOME! I hope I never have to undergo oral surgery again but I wi

I was referred to Dr. Pikos by my regular dentist, to begin implant procedures. Dr. Pikos has this amazing quality of putting you at ease during this process and his staff, Yana in my case, is outstanding as well. Over the course of a year and a half, I received 3 implants. Just last week a crown was placed on the last implant, all perfect! Chewing is a delight now. When you visit Dr. Pikos you are meeting a guru in the field of dentistry. Highly recommend.

Dr. Anthony Pikos practice is excellent! The staff is very professional and friendly. He took care of a problem I have had for several years with minimal discomfort. Sabina who initially takes care of patients is very good at her job and makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. Dr. Pikos is very skillful and takes the time to ensure you are comfortable while the procedure is taking place.
